How to Make Pistachio Cranberry Bark
Xmas bark is just one of my favorite desserts to eat around the holiday season but usually you get the black chocolate type. White chocolate bark is my favorite to utilize. Now I'm discussing a simple delicious treat with you guys using dried cranberries and pistachios! It is perfect for aiming at a Christmas party or merely to bite snuggled up by the fireplace! Caution: this stuff is addicting.
Pistachio Cranberry Bark Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes | Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped pistachios
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax.
- Microwave chips for 30 minutes at a time, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once squeezed stir in all but 1 tablespoon each one of those dried cranberries and pistachios.
- Spread out it in an even layer on your own prepared baking sheet, then sprinkle the rest of the portion and pistachios.
- Refrigerate until firm then cut to desired size.
